If you believe it is UNJUST, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, INHUMANE AND UNFAIR, THAT HIS HOME OF 30 YEARS IS  IS TAKEN FOR NON PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES, DIRECTLY DUE TO his employer, PLANET AID'S   FRAUDULENT, WRONGFUL TERMINATION,  deceptive practices  UPON THE CITY AND STATE OF NEW YORK AND THE PEOPLE OF NEW YORK AND the 60 SOMETHING YEAR OLD SENIOR WORKER, MR MEADOWS, and  and  government  agencies abrogating their duty and his right to access to service and assistance as a violated and wronged New York Senior and Worker !
Did you know that the Yellow Clothing Collections Bins located in your community, belonging to a non profit company called Planet Aid Inc, may actually have more rights than you do?!  Incredible!  But Mr. Meadows found that to be absolutely the case after he was wrongfully terminated from their New York CIty headquarters where he worked as their Collection Bin/Site Maintenance  Person.  The job he performed was actually the partial fulfillment of a then, new law enacted by the Hon. New York City Council and the Mayor of New York called the Collection Bin Law of 2007.  Mr. Meadows, a "Baby Boomer" in his early 60's at the time, emjoyed the job very much because he like being a part of caring for the city he loves.  There is much more to this story, but to get to the point; Mr. Meadows has invested $2,000. to secure the job, in that although he had a van, it was not road ready, so he borrowed money from family to but a used van for Planet AId work.  He had insisted from the moment of his interview that he only wanted the position if it was long-ternm and permanent, as advertised.  He explained that he had responsibilities.  And on that understanding he had been hired and given the work contract.  Responsibilities like paying property on his home of over 30 years.  The homestead of his family, wehre his children had been raised. 
Mr. Meadows  went to the NYS Div of Human rights EWEOC, who told hime "you have nothing," in terms of his claim against Planet Aid NYC, but they gave hm a was so distraught about the loss of the his job and the abusive treatment by Planet Aid, when he relied upon their promises and contract, that he suffered an occlusion and lost parital vision in his eye.

I am ex Planet Aid NYC worker,  who has been defrauded and impoverished  by Planet Aid Inc's NYC headquarters.I am experiencing denial of rights and obstruction, denial of equal access, and a complete abrogation of my worker, contract, citizen, property and other rights by  certain Gov. agencies (such as NYS EEOC) , and the Federal court  in my pro se case for justice against Planet Aid. I am seeking EMERGENCY WAIVER or/and A HALT TO THE CONFISCATION OF MY HOME OF 30 YEARS! I am grateful for any and all ASSISTANCE OF DONATIONS; THE GOAL IS $14,000.00 .  I ACCEPT AND AND ALL positive,  affirming assistance.
I am seeking EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE OF DONATIONS; A STAY;  A HALT TO THE CONFISCATION OF MY HOME OF 30 YEARS! I am grateful for any and all positive affirming help from the The  Honorable US President, Mr. Obama, Hon. US Attorney General , Eric. M. Holder,  Governor Andrew Cuomo, NYS Dept of taxation, Property Tax , Treasurer of my county, The PUBLIC, My Fellow New Yorkers, NYS Dept of taxation, The Hon New York CIty Council and Mayor Bloomberg,  Hon, Senator Schumer and Sen Gilibrand  as well as other representatives to prevent my home from being taken due to violations of my  Constitutional and human rights after first having been defrauded , abused  and wrongfully fired by Planet Aid of NYC, BROOKLYN,  and the deprivation of my rights, unfortunately, continued in the Eastern District Federal court , which obstructed justice going on 5 years.  I was  in federal court as a prose litigant trying to get my final paycheck and expenses, recompense for my breached work contract, etc.  Unable to work during the court case which according to all case law has been treated so disparately as to be a complete anomaly of the case law.  I lost my life savings in my pro se attempt at justice.

While I am in court in NYC with Planet Aid; our barn was stolen down to every stick of wood, every beam.  All contents were stolen. The barn was large than the house. 2 unregistered vehicles were stolen off the property.  The electric company NYSEG,  broke into our house and ripped out the electric meter without rhyme or reason, and although I can prove the electron bill was paid . All “NO TRESPASSING” signs are removed from my property whenever I put them up. My neighbor sits his boat in the middle of  my field without permission or concern.  The House has been robbed and vandalized too many times to count, and nothing has been done about it.  All the pipes have been stolen and removed from the basement of my home after the electric company had removed the electric meter, thereby making it impossible for me to use the security system I had in place..  I can prove that the electric had been paid for. The electric company had  broke into my home before,  in the 1990’s- allegedly to “read the meter.”  Meanwhile the Town Highway department cut a trench to drain the road of water and put a sluice into the side of the road which drains down onto our property it is aimed at the house and the barn.  After ten years the barn finally fell as a result of the erosion to the foundation due to the constant water draining down the hill at the barn and the house.  Meanwhile the house foundation shifted also as a result of the discriminatory, sluice pointed down our property.  No other property owner along our road has a sluice dug into their property and draining down their property. Additionally, we have the only property in the world which rather than depreciates over time, (unless of course upgrades are constantly done) especially considering the slipping house and fallen, stolen  barn, the thinning of  all trees near the road, the lack of security system which I used to have on the property,  the stolen Olympic sized above ground swimming pool, the stolen pipes out of the basement, the removed no trespassing signs each time I put them up, the theft of nearly everything in my house;   and a actual small grassy road road impressed into the property from repeated trespassing by looters casually driving onto my property and casually  taking what they want; with all of that depreciation,  somehow our tax assessment has shot through the roof along with the hate crimes!  Higher and higher the more vandalized and trespassed our property has become!Also we have always been assessed as a 2 family home when our home has always been considered a 1 family.  

Again, all of that is happening while I am struggling pro se (without representation) in court,  to get my paycheck, expenses, work contract and other rightful claims against Planet aid Inc NYC. A struggle that couldn't and shouldn't have ever happened had Planet Aid Inc not been unlawfully allowed to skirt Business and nays UI laws which every New York business has to follow!  The NYS DIC of Human Rights EEOC, The US Dept of Labor, the Eastern District Federal Court, and a few other .gov entities, abrogated my rights and treated me to segregatory, dismissive, abrogated, or denied service as if I have no rights at all!  It wasn't until fall of 2012 that I truly came to understand that I was not only fired for retaliatory reasons, but more likely because Planet Aid was not a registered NYS employer!  I , a senior New Yorker, who invested myself and relied upon the Clothing Bin Maintenance person job as ,my permanent job; so that I WOULD MEET MY TAXES AND KEEP MY FAMILY HOME, has been deceived! Planet Aid knew when they hired me that they would give me the axe one way or another at the end of a specific period of days in order to skirt detection of hiring New York employees.  It finally explained 1; Waiting to get my check cashed at a Brooklyn branch of Planet Aid's MA bank, Sovereign Bank.  IWhy did I have to wait 2 HOURS!?  Also my supervisor, Mr. Carter continued to evade giving me an Employee ID. I desperately needed it for their "Call Pickup Program" where I has to literally go to homes, community centers, wherever and pick up boxes, bags, or clean out entire apartments of donated clothes, toys, shoes, pots , pans, electronics, anything that was able to be carried- is what I was ordered.  Yet I had not been hired to do that job! I had not choice but to do it in order to hold onto the hob I did enjoy and had a contract for, the Clothing Bin/driver site ,maintenance Position. I never received so much as a  Planet Aid logo pen, a wearable, signage for my vehicle, or business card .  

On top of all of this I witnessed my daughter being subjected to terrifying municipal retaliation against my Planet Aid case. We realized this because of the timing of 1st responder stalking events and incoming emails she received,a s well as the nature of the mass emails, the harassing phone calls and the stalking events. One stalking vent she experienced on April 19, 2008, 4 DAYS AFTER THE NYS HUMAN RIGHTS EEOC MAILED OUT MY RIGHT TO SUE LETTER FOR PLANET AID, resulted in an unconstitutional SWAT travesty of justice occurring at her home, in the hallway of her building.  Days after she wrote to the college in Oct 2008, about the FDNY ambulance and Police car stalking event in April, the team of 15-25 SWAT team descended upon her home.  The leading officer declared to her  that she was a NON ENTITY and she would not be getting a lawyer. And that's precisely what happened- and continued to happen. She was forced to take her case to court Pro Se after a year (all of 2009)  of being rejected by attorneys due to whatever unconstitutional abrogation the City of NY has upon her, and likely other unsuspecting innocent citizens. She bravely took up her case alone and filed it at the  same court I am in, the Fed EDNY only to have the court intimidate, abrogate and mock her attempts at justice.  The court,  moment she paid for her docket, classified  her daze as "PRISONER'S RIGHTS"! In violation of the false claims act, the computer crimes act, defamation and libel and violations of her NYS and US constitutional rights and the NYS Hate Crime Ct of 2000.  For more on this, her petition will soon be up, and you can go to my website. Computerized medical tests have revealed that her vital signs are shutting down due to the incessant severe harassment. In short, she;s dying from the government harassment and torture. Her purchases, computer surfing (when she is able to actually get on to the internet), her computers, online accounts, her phones, and her pedestrian and other excursions out are  hampered by unwarranted, unconstitutional harassment.
My own medical tests show my body is losing the battle agains the years of torture and stress of having to fight and struggle for something that by law, by constitution, belongs to you!  My paycheck, my expenses, my contract with Planet Aid were already mine. I had already fulfilled my end of the contract. Yet my right to redress, to due process and normalcy , and the right to be heard fairly; have been denied, yet held in court so that I would lose my home. The same home which, by the way Planet AId's lawyer asks some pretty personal questions about in her deposition taken of me during the case. The deposition does not show up onto docket. The Hard transcript of the deposition reveals the offal displaced questions.  What would my home, which Planet Aid was a are of from my PERSONAL DATA , SUCH AS DRIVER'S LICENSE AND SOCISL SECURITY NUMBER WHICH THEY GAINED UNDER FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, SINCE I WAS UNAWARE OF THEIR ACTUAL STATUS  OF UNREGISTERED NYS Employer, in violation of NYS laws90 since then, I would certainly have not relied upon their promises or worked for them!
Why did their attorney, Ms Hutchins drill me with personal questions about my home, when it has absolutely nothing to do with my business with Planet Aid?!  Could it be that KNOWING  how obvious it was that My Bin Maintence person work was obviously also to to pay for my home and the property taxes; Planet Aod and attorney figured it was only a matter of holding me in the court long enough- and I'd lose the home. And that's where we are now, folks! It's important to note that these are violations of YOUR RIGHTS as well!  Anything done to a resident or citizen of the sates can be DONE AGAIN on the next citizen. Things like this are not supposed to happen in the United States, or in New York city/state. It is important that the public sign the petition to show that they do not approve of citizenry being treated as if stripped of their rights, and more, harassed on top of it!  Please help stop the depravity and degradation and show that people DO CARE about Democracy, human rights, and will hold government accountable for abuses.

The public and the honorable, wise officials that are out there can make the difference in these tragedy of MODERN AMERICAN SLAVERY/abrogation ,  GOVERNMENT HATE CRIME ,which together are accomplishing appropriation of a Black American family's home of over 30 years, due to fraud, abuse and severe oppression;  as well as Planet Aid's unconstitutional, statutory violating actions  and the apparent  carte blanche to thumb their noses at our New York and  US Constitutional  laws. 


Now, after all of this gov. harassment, abrogation, retaliation and violations of the KKK act and my city state and federal rights as well as the international declaration of human rights and the laws against cruel and unusual punishment and torture;  I am two year's behind in the property taxes on my home. I has a stable long term job and promise of work with Planet Aid Maintaining their 150 yellow clothing Bins throughout NYC. That was wrongfully taken from me- and I was never given my final paycheck. The NYS EEOC at Brooklyn and the US Dept of Labor went to bat on Planet AId's behalf. I was told I would have to sue Planet Aid to get my paycheck and expenses.  All the law of city state and federal was on my side- I thought it would take a few months, I'd have my final paycheck with interest, my expenses, compensation for my lost signed work contract- and I'd find other employment somewhere.  Instead I was treated to segregation, discrimination, intimidation, denial of access, denial of equal access and the protection of law, and in general a mock court complete with denial of my city, state and Constitutional rights.  All NYS state and city tax and business, non profit, and foreign corporation and the case law, was evaded, and ignored.    When I motioned that Planet Aid had not paid my employment taxes to the state of NY, the judge was indifferent. When I motioned to the court that they were not registered at the Kings County, BKLYN, NY clerk's office the judge, responded that she wan;t concerned about that. Yet the case law indicated that these are the first items of business, before the case can even get out of the gate!  How then and why was I held in the court for 5 long years when I was slated to never receive justice in the first place?  This is easily arrived at when again, you understand that the first order of business for such cases, is to establish that the corporation in question has its information duly registered with the various depts, but more over- that they have been registered with the NYS tax dept.
Being held in the court for 5 years when the case law, set by state law, was created to ensure the cases don;t last more than a year or two in court!  I was held in the  IN THE COURT FOR 5 YEARS , which is about to cost me my home since again, its impossible to work and litigate pro se at the same time,  unless you are a professional at this. Additionally I had health costs due to the partial vision loss and ulcers.


The case dragged on while hon judges and Planet Aid lawyers were paid handsomely  and respectively by the taxpayers or their client, I became impoverished.  All of my life savings were gone litigating this case on my own, notaries, copies, mailings, filings, ink, staples, research, travel expenses, etc. The shock of losing my secure, long term job and work contract caused partial vision loss, which meant less time at the computer since my doctor insisted.  Appointments regarding my vision were critical and also ulcers flared up  and i was back and forth for those as well. 

Had Planet Aid been regulated like any the company, none of his would have happened. Instead Planet Aid seems to have been given a blank check and seems to have an unconstitutional Cart Blanche to flaunt NYC and NYS laws, and the NYS  tax department.  I didn't know this until at last, my long years being held in a mock court while planet aid was incredibly given Summary judgement while all case law says they should have been given the door, has made it painfully clear.  Planet Aid also received $21 million in taxpayer money from he USDA while I had already been in court 2 years begging for my paycheck! It was also the same year that Nassau County,  known for following h letter of the law,  followed the case law and refused to allow a corporation to go forward inter court case until they supplied the court with proof of he payment of taxes to NYS. Not only didn't planet aid have to worry about any case law that year or any year, but they were raking it in while I was anxious about losing my home.

I am demanding a NYS dept of taxation investigation into Planet Aid NOT paying their share of my W2 employee taxes to New York State.  I am also seeking a waive, stay or hold on the confiscation of my home, since I have been obstructed, derailed and unjustly prevented from working as a direct result of having to defend my worker rights and NY citizen rights  when concerned gov entities and depts  ignored my rights and would not enforce or acknowledge my right to  final paycheck  or fair and equal hearing according to law.   (NYS EEOC not noticing that Planet Aid's location was not in compliance with a place of business and therefore  it would be a direct violation to have employees  fi 1,. the company is not registered in the county or with the NYS tax dept, 2 the physical location is discrimination and a  violation of worker rights since it is anon commercial residence. Yet THE NYS EEOC of Brooklyn told me "you have nothing." although, admittedly , at the time I did not notice any of those wrongs since I was not aware of them.However the EEOC had to know.And they were under obligation to report undocumented hiring to the dept of taxation and labor. that didn't happen and I was not aware of these violations myself.  My complaint was he final withheld paycheck and expenses, breach of contract, discrimination , etc.

  The court continued the pattern and practice seeming policy of shunning and abrogating my city, state and constitutional rights.  Planet Aid attorneys needed no pro hac  vice, no affidavits, no disclosure statement , no motion for request to depart the case, no names or addresses of plaintiff or defendants on the docket- in fact, the rules changed as the case went along.  Meanwhile my life came to a grinding slowdown and then a halt  After my life-savings was gone and I could get no flexible work while pro se in my good faith case, I had no choice but to accept early retirement (withdrawing social security early)  it meant about $300.00 per life less than I would have received had I been working and could have waited until much later inline to receive social security.  I enjoy a full days work and have always been considered a workaholic- I dedicate myself to my job duties and never imagined I would be treated to such inhumanity, degradation and injustice in my own city and state!

All of this has caused me to be 2 years behind in payment of my home taxes.  It is $14,000.00  I am also seeking donations which can be done at my website given above.  I will lose my home On jan 31, 2013 without  just, humane intervention or money raised by the end of the month, Jan 2013.  Please help  me keep my home of over 30 years, which will be ;sot due to employer evasion fraud, and government discrimination, bias, retaliation, and unconstitutional abrogation (ignoring, non enforcement, non acknowledgment, shunning) of  rights. 

It would be unconstitutional and a furtherance of the violations of my human rights to take my home since my inability to pay the property taxes on my home is directly due to The the deceptive practices and fraud of Planet Aid Inc. NYC upon myself, a senior New York worker, and upon THE People of New York; compounded by government complicity  and the unconstitutional abrogating of my rights so that I have not been heard in a due court of law for 5 years wasting my life and losing my life savings!  

AT the Fed EDNY.   I  was held 5 years seeking my final Paycheck, AND BREACH OF WORK CONTRACT COMPENSATION, AND MORE.  In Fall of 2012 I learned that Planet Aid was not registered in Brooklyn, NY where I worked and was hired and they have their NYC headquarters, The case law was completely ignored.  I realized I was never given access to a genuinely , duly behaving court. The contract is $25,000.  So already, we can see that had my rights not been abrogated, on my breech of contract alone I would have had my property taxes covered which is e $14,000.00 . I also sought to and to remove the fraudulent and false defaming statement  on my work record by Manager carter.
It's important to note that New York State and Federal law recognize and actually have CRIME VICTIMS RIGHTS, and even special funds for victims of crime, especially seniors, which I am, who have been victimized by deceptive business practices and FRAUDULENT ADVERTISEMENT, as I had been by Planet Aid.  I was just informed of this recently.  The NEW YORK AND FEDERAL ALW RECOGNIZE IF YOU SUFFERED A PHYSICAL INJURY AS A RESULT OF A CRIME AND IF YOU SUFFERED LOSS OF WAGES! Apparently they give as much as $30,000. in lost wages or renumeration.  However, it is much too late now for me to even try for that fund, also no one is acknowledging that my rights have been violated!  That's the very nightmare here.  The actual violations are being ignored!  

The case law was used in a Nassau county case in 2010. Ironically the case law is borne out of JKings county, where Planet Aid NYC headquarters resides. The famous is Dixie Dinettes V Schaller's Furniture, 1972. The court found that New York State Statute bars access to a court by a corporation which has not paid fees, penalties and franchise taxes. The Court wrote:
The case law which literally states: 

"our examination of the authorities revealed no reported cases which relieve a foreign corporation, doing business here, from the inaccessibility to our courts without proof of payment of such taxes, fees, et cetera even though that corporation has made delivery of the goods to the defendant and may be otherwise entitled to recover." 


The listing said "permanent" and my work contract says "permanent" and it was proven that I fulfilled my end of the bargain. Yet since Planet id is not duly registered at the NYS Dept of Taxation, they were aware that they were defrauding me!  And the Eastern district court, and the NYS EEOC, and the US Labor Department, who all  acted in unison when the manage to omit Planet Aid's New York, City, 3001 Avenue U Brooklyn NY address from any of their documents. That's not ESP.  That's conspiracy.  Planet Aid gets carte blanche, and treats New Yorkers like "suckers" and casually devastates the life o f a  loyal ,hardworking employee like myself; while I struggle for my life, my home and to be there for my family. My case was alleged to be dismissed in December 2012 although I never received any judges decision,m or order of dismissal, nor does it shoe on the court case docket. I only have a cold letter by a Deputy clerk saying there was a judges order on Dec 14 2012 to dismiss my case, yet there is no judges order at all on the at date on the docket.  There is no "decision."  What there is and was, is , was 5 years of stringing me along until this year, 2013, when my house would be taken precisely because I am an American citizen being treated as a slave. A person without any rights, or right rot have or hold property or the right to access a court of la for redress!  This is unconstitutional and the tourer and cruel and unusual punishment cannot be allowed to continue!
