Tell Go Daddy Boss Bob Parsons: I Am Appalled By Your Gleeful Murder of an African Elephant

GoDaddy.com's Boss Bob Parsons recently posted a graphic video of himself killing an elephant in Zimbabwe. When confronted about the horrific video, Parsons claimed his hunt was a "humanitarian" form of pest-control to protect Zimbabwe's crops -- and he plans to do it again.

There is absolutely no excuse for Parsons to hunt a near-endangered species like the African Elephant -- there are many humane, effective methods Zimbabweans can use to guard their crops -- and we must speak out.

Elephants are in danger of being slaughtered, poached for their ivory, locked up in zoos and used for entertainment in circuses around the world. EVERY ELEPHANT COUNTS.

Elephants in Crisis wants to turn Bob Parsons fifteen minutes of fame into fifteen years of shame. You can help by taking action.

Don't let Bob Parsons' inexcusable cruelty go unchecked. Tell Bob Parsons you won't stand for the unnecessary killing of these intelligent, social beings and you won't be using GoDaddy's services.
Dear Mr. Parsons,

I am horrified and appalled at your recent murder of an African Elephant in Zimbabwe, and your callous posting of the graphic slaughter on the internet.

[Your comments will be inserted here.]

When confronted about your actions, you claimed you spared Zimbabweans of "problem elephants" ruining their fields and driving people to starvation. This is nothing but a lame excuse for your thrill-kill millionaire vacation.

There are a number of humane, proven effective methods Zimbabweans can use to guard their crops from elephants and there is absolutely no excuse for your pleasure at intentionally inflicting this pain and death -- especially to a near-endangered, highly intelligent and social species like elephants.

I won't stand for this cruelty. I refuse to fund your inexcusable slaughter of elephants and I refuse to use GoDaddy's services from now on.

You should be ashamed of yourself.
