Bullying, intrusive, wasteful, thieving Microsoft- usurping the human right to choice and economic freedom

I have just been upgraded to WINDOWS 10. This was unrequested and, in fact, deliberately declined by me on several occasions (for personal and business reasons). The upgrade took place without my consent, in my home, during business hours - in fact for an hour and a half at close of business. I did have business to complete in that time that I was unable to do. A loss of at least $200 dollars and business credibility.
I am both furious and alarmed that an external, bullying, totally self focussed company can chose to use my computer for its own ends, locking me out of my own business, in my own home without any choice on my part. I understand it is now also happening to hundreds of others around Australia. Will we be compensated for the business time lost? or for any effect on client relations this might have?
The other alarming consideration is that our economy has been built on choice. The community should be able to select which services it wants to use and when. To have a multinational company allowed to usurp this choice is the "thin end of the wedge". Who do they think they are to foist their products on us whether we want them or not?
Finally, if you try to make a complaint, it is nearly impossible. There is no Customer Service (they are clearly not there to serve customers, they are there to serve themselves!). I spent a further hour and a half trying to find a way to lodge a complaint. According to the first person, it was my fault for not turning off the default setting to accept upgrades! After going around in circles for 1.5 hours both on the phone (during the 1.5 hour upgrade) and online I got one fellow in Philippines who was very courteous and understanding - but had no power to address the issue. SO, still stuck.
Come on, Australia, LET'S NOT LET THESE ARROGANT COMPANIES OWN US. We are the customer, we believe in choice, Australian Consumer Law includes our right to compensation for loss and damages. Interestingly, the American conditions for Microsoft customers in USA precludes them from launching a Class Action. Where will this arrogance end? Let's call on the Australian Competition and Consumer Watchdog to watch MICROSOFT. Our rights seem to depend on it!
