Tell Judge Judith Phillips to Step Down From Her Bench After Giving Confessed Rapist Ryan Crochetiere No Jail

After nearly nine years of repeatedly committing sexual assault, Ryan Crochetiere was finally charged -- but only for one year of his crimes. After pleading guilty, he was sentenced to two years of jail, prompting him to swiftly rescind his plea.

The case judge was replaced with Judith Phillips, who, for reasons unclear, saw fit to suspend Crochetiere's two year sentence, instead slapping him with a mere four year probation. He will also have the opportunity to avoid placement on the sexual offender registry.

Now Sarah, who has survived nearly a decade of sexual abuse and a suicide attempt, says she regrets coming forward and still fears for her safety; after the sentencing was announced, she has been unable to leave her house, according to her mother.

Brock Turner, Austin Wilkerson, David Becker and now Ryan Crochetiere -- the U.S. criminal justice system has made it clear that survivors of sexual assault are not valued and that the perpetrators face little if any recourse.

Tell the lawmakers in the Massachusetts State House and Senate to remove Judge Judith Phillips for failing to hold rapists like Crochetiere accountable for their heinous crimes!
