Give educational grants to students in the amount of up to $30,000 a year for families who make

Please sign this petition and send it to your local Congressional so that students are not left with a large student loan. It will allow an "A", "B" student to go to college where they can't afford to go now. This money needs to be used for both private and state colleges because some of the new technologies are not taught in a state college. It is the only way that needed new technologies can be developed to make cleaner air and oceans.
