ATOPP: Alliance of Tattooed or Pierced Professionals is the voice for a new generation of workers. We feel that people in the workforce should be judged strictly on the skills and talents they possess rather than the color of the ink in their skin or the piercings that make them stand out as an individual.

   Everyone has the freedom and right to be self expressive, and should not be discriminated against in the workplace for possessing this alternative mindset. In recent studies it has been shows that 1 in every 4 Americans have tattoos or piercings. This includes teens adults, senior citizens, business professionals, home makers, law enforcement and other extremely diverse demographics from all walks of life.

   The goal of this petition is to push the development of legislative action AGAINST discrimination of people with tattoos and piercings in the workplace. It is ignorant to believe  that people with tattoos and piercings are less professional than anyone else with the same skill level. ATOPP is here to change society and we need your help!
