Every year oxens are torture and killed during a religious celebretion. Ask the authorities of Queretalo-Mexico to stop this savage practice.

THe reason of this petition is to ask the autorities of Queretalo-Mexico, to stop the savage celebration dedicated to the Virgin of Villa Corregidora Queretalo, which is organizad by the Franciscans Friars. In this celebration an ox is forced to make a very long walk while the crowd hurts and attacks him with sharp weapons until his arrival to the final destiny where he is slaughter. Different laws of animal protection like the state law of Queretalo and the norms NOM-033 AND 051 have been violated on humanitarian movilization and sacrifice repectively. Queretalo is distiguished as one of the most advanced states of the Mexican Republic in all senses. We do not approve that a crowd or religious order dim this image, and we ask the Stete of Queretalo to respect regulations and animal protection laws in Mexico.
