Nowadays here are spoken about wild boar which are tended. HOW COME this can be WILD??? That is a usual boar which can be outside in a yard but those have also inside places when they want and while pigging. The piglets looks awsome but they have not bees wild for many generations now.
I am speaking now about the really wild bour living in woods which are dangerous for human when they accidently come too nearthem and it also protect her piglets untill death if needed but then this human being is not in a good shape. I cannot know how it is possible to get a permission to hunt it ...or are they doing it without!
There are not in Finland any animal to mixup and so this tells me that it is in purpose. The males are the biggest about 200 kg's and more, femakales a bit smaller. The wild boar is running very fast and swimming very well.
The wild Boarhs come to Finland from Russia as late as 1970 something. They are welcome more. They are night and twilight animals because of human disturbance but where it comes from there are on finnish side also old Virgin Forests.
