Lets Ban Popular Icon Communities!

We the people of LJ are sick and tired of communities like _heiressicons and the trickle down communities that have spawned as a result! Do we really need to see another 20 dozen icons each day featuring such corrupted young Hollywood whores as Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Hilary Duff, Kate Moss, the Olsen twins, Beyonce, Scarlett Johansson, etc? Do we need more banners and headers with such obvious, shameless examples of mindless consumerism, such as Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie and Fitch, Juicy Couture, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Starbuck's, Jamba Juice, Fiji Water, Razr cellular phones, Blackberries, Sidekicks, and more?

VWhat good are these graphics doing other than showing the users what they must aspire to become in order to be "trendy," "popular," and "accepted" into a shallow, style-concious and substance-free world that offers no social or humanitarian benefits, solid philosophical ideals, or overall credibility that should be taken seriously?

These makers all cause an incredible amount of stife and communal unrest with their constant bickering, complaining, lying, and competitiveness. They feel as if they have earned the right to treat others on LiveJournal as inferior because they are able to crop another picture of an anorexic socialite consuming poor quality coffee and add a few words. These girls are utterly ridiculous and deserve to be banned from making graphics, and their communities should fail.

We are targeting the following people in particular, since they all seem to be part of communities the promote a negative image and poor attitudes at this current time.

Please, friends, I beg you to sign the petition in hopes that the removal of these makers will lead to the demise of other communities that are smaller but just as guilty of debauched subjects and unoriginal ideas, combined with forfeited ideals! Why can't we have icons featuring nature, Shakespearean actors, inspiring quotes from all religions and beliefs, and strong women such as Hilary Rodam Clinton or Susan B. Anthony? These are surely the women young girls should parade around on their LiveJournals - not bulimic supermodels and promiscuous socialites!
