Protect My Personal Information, Amend the Digital Privacy Act

The Conservative government's Digital Privacy Act (Bill S-4) would allow private companies to save and share your personal information with other organizations without your consent, and when no police warrant has been issued.

The Conservative government cannot allow these unconstitutional elements of the bill when it comes before the House of Commons.

Despite a recent Supreme Court ruling that such information should never be disclosed without a police warrant, the Senate did not amend the bill as recommended by legal and privacy experts.

Send a message to the Conservative government today: Canadian's don't support legislation that violates their privacy rights.
