" Demand the immediate removal of President of the Local 700 and all Chairs representing the Local 700 Steelworkers

We no longer have ANY faith in our President or Departmental Chairs that we are asking for the immediate impeachment and removal of the President, also, Departmental Chairpersons. The gambit of deceit, misrepresentation, and outright misuse of power will no longer be tolerated. Though the Local 700 doesn't fall under the same contracts as the other unions, Know that regardless of leadership request we work. We cannot and will not cross the picket line. We execute are 8th amendment right to stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the other unions. We believe that the only way to remedy our disputes is to have the best representatives representing our best interests. We feel the majority within the union should decide who represents the union. We all are looking to resolve our issues in as timely a manner as possible. The hostile work environment that we have boiled to has to end. We are the solution and we have no interest in any longer being a part of the problem. Compromise, honesty, and decency is all we are asking for. Our voices MUST be heard in order move forward.
