Admitted Dog Abuser from China threatens to kill more dogs in Hong Kong. Demand police action!

Jacky Lo posted on fb 11 photos with descriptions of how he killed his dog using a washing machine.  After admitting online that the dog was dead and that even killing human lives would mean nothing, Lo caused worldwide outrage.  He then claimed that his fb account had been hacked.  When that didn't work, he laid low.  Today he claimed that he has 6 stray dogs in his hands, that everyday he will ask the HK Golden IT experts, who exposed his identity, a question.  If they answer correctly, one dog will be released.  If not, one dog will be killed.

What else needs to happen for HKSPCA and the Tuen Mun Police to take action?
