Due to the Bankruptcy filing of New York Military Academy, and the probable sale of the property, we the undersigned, alumni, parents and/or faculty have an urgent request for an investigation of the New York Military Academy Board of Trustees President, Mr. Anthony Desa, for possible fraud, negligence and/or malfeasance in his management of the Board and his financial loans and investments related to the Academy programs, property and assets.
Additionally, we request that if fraud, negligence or malfeasance is found that the remaining members of the Board of Trustees, who supported, allowed or were complacent in Mr. Desa's tenure as BOT President should also be considered for removal.
Finally, we request that the entire Board of Trustees be reconstituted with a full Board in accordance with the NYMA bylaws on file with the Attorney General's Office.
