Hooch was gunned down on a country road while he was following my 13 year old son to his friends house. The man claimed Hooch was in his chicken coop but we have witnesses on Police Record that say otherwise. There was no evidence that he had attacked a chicken, not even a feather.

Justice For Hooch
Animal lovers and those who believe in Justice, Please help us see to it that The Defendants charges be moved up from stalking to animal cruelty. Hooch was able to run the half mile home and he died a slow and excruciating death over the course of about 25 minutes in all. Animal Cruelty is a felony in the State of Florida and your signature will help assure that this man is charged with the appropiate crimes like not only animal cruelty but also shooting a firearm into the road, shooting a firearm within 1500 feet of a dwelling and using a firearm to commit a felony. Let Bay County's State Attorney know that we are serious about animal rights by signing this petition please!
