Cutting Medical Costs For Everyone
If we get our government to pass a law to lower our medical costs then everyone will benefit from this Bill..
To lower the cost we all must agree we have to change the following things, the AMA won't agree and neither will a lot of our medical profession and the attorneys who make a living off those who suffer from a loss of a loved one or those who suffer from a doctors mistake in treating you, but this is for the best for everyone.
1.) We will need to set up a Arbitration Broad to settle all who suffer from the medical mistakes that are made by our doctors.
2.) You will have to agree to sign a paper agreeing to have a video and still photos made of your surgery. This will protect you, by video taping your surgery if your doctor makes a mistake then you will have it on tape and be able to use this video tape for your settlement with them.
3.) Plus we will be able to use the video tapes for education of young doctors who are starting in the field.
4.) Do you know that attorneys walk away with most of the money in your settlement. The law gives them 40 % right off the top and now they found a loop hole that they can get away with most of your settlement, they call this expenses. So they walk. away with most of your settlement .You or your loved one is the victim, but the way it is set up now you're the one who suffers from the mistakes the doctors make and the attorneys walk away with most of your money and you get whatever is left if any after they take their part.
5.) Have you ever asked yourself, how do I know if this doctor is good or not? How well did he do in school? What proof do you have? I feel there should be a place on the internet that you can review how well this doctor did in school and how many mistakes he has made
6.) If we get this law passed we all will save a great deal in medical cost by cutting the medical cost by 50% for everyone.
7.) Did you know that pharmaceutics companies give your doctor a kick back by giving them cars or sending them and their families on trips or putting there kids through college at your expense.
8.) The AMA wont agree with this because they will lose members because of those bad apples they protect.
9.) Attorneys wont agree to this because we will be taking money from them that belongs to you and your loved ones.
10.) The Arbitration Broad will be able to make a settlement for you in a short time. Plus put most, if not all of the money goes in your pocket and not the attorneys bank account.
11.) Look at when we were kids, we all were in shape but now were all out working to support our families and go home tired and spend what little time we have with them. So if we have a Bill passed that makes companies set up so that we can go to the gym to work out then we can get rid of our stress, and for those who are retired our government needs to send those who can to the gym to work out. The numbers say it all, we all have heard on TV that our government knows that most of us are out of shape. But all I see them doing is talk about it. We need action now so we can cut the cost for everyone and live better lives if our government agrees that we need to get all of us back in shape .
