Pass the Global Food Security Act

Over one billion people -- one in every six -- are suffering from hunger, a problem that will only get worse as climate change makes weather less predictable and farming more difficult. Women and children are often the hardest hit by hunger.

In 2009 alone, hunger and malnutrition contributed to the death of more than 3 million children. No one should have to go hungry, and we have the tools to improve global food security.

But without the voices of people like you, Congress won't act.

Tell your senators to help pass the Global Food Security Act. .
Dear Senator,

One billion people - one in every six - currently suffer from hunger, a problem that will only get worse as climate change makes weather less predictable and farming more difficult. Women and children are often the hardest hit by hunger. In 2009, hunger and malnutrition contributed to the death of more than 3 million children.
