Allow "Hoodie Me7o" to play in the NBA

Throughout his career Carmelo Anthony has been known for his All-Star level play, but this off-season it has become apparent that the NBA has been nerfing his potential with their implementation of hoodie-less jerseys.

Former Teammate JR Smith had gone on record about the transformation, "Hoodie Melo doesnt play with a conscience... I like hoodie Melo." JR is also an activist for Shirtless Uniforms, but has agreed to bring the hoodie issue to the forefront for the time being.

It is understandable that the NBA has a parity concern regarding Carmelo. If he is allowed to become "Hoodie Me7o", he would undoubtedly win the MVP every year and the Knicks would be perpetual NBA champions. But at the end of the day, it is unfair for Adam Silver to deliberately cripple Carmelo without ever allowing him to reach his final form.
