Request proper evaluation by HUD, detailed print out of utility itemize breakdown, showing reflection of increase as necessary by law, for this rent increase!

Upon written notice , mailed to fellow renters at Calden , disregarding section 8 renters, a rental increase exceeding 3% , yet proper accurate detailed evidence, has yet to be provided , in signing as residents, we as neighbors, friends, aquanauts, can not only request but demand rent to stay as is , demanding opening of computer room,allowance to community room (renting) as per lease states for deposit of 100 dollars,  in doing so we can also have this petition reflect on other issues, and concerns that need addressed, promptly, in a timely fashion . We can request reenstating year term leases rather than month to month written agreements, so there's constant long term stability.
