Stop Animal Abuse at Perry Pound

Animals there are being left in there own waste. They are penned together when in heat with male dogs. This causes fights and injuries that remain untreated. The injured animals are left without proper medical care by a Vet. The City is feeding the dogs cat food so that they dont have to buy any. They are shooting dogs there. Injured animals are left to fen for themselves. Cats are left to roam unattended and killed by the dogs there. I have spoken with the City officals and nothing has been done to date. Something has to change NOW, for the sake of the animals. We have to be the voice for those without a voice. The ongoing abuse is very serious.
