We demand harsher sentences on animal abusers and then they should never be allowed to own another dog

Ana Wallace has 3 pit bulls. The neighbor behind her doesn't like them so he squirts them through the fence with a hose. On May 28th, 2017. As she was bringing her other dog in the neighbor lit fireworks off and Vader escaped from his cage. He ran to the next block over and Ana immediately started looking for him. She asked two men if they had seen her dog they told her no. She made a left off her street and saw her dog sitting really still in a field apparently waiting on her to help him. She got him in the car as blood was running out his mouth and chest all over Ana and her car. They didn't make it to the vet in time. Vader took his last breath while his human held him tight to her. He passed away on the 60 to 91 freeway interchange. They were 15 minutes away. He was going to be cremated but she wanted a necropsy done to go into the criminal file the detective is building. Those guys that told her they hadn't seen him where the neighbors behind her. He lied. Several witnesses saw him gain the dogs trust and when he got closer this sicko shot him. She wanted a copy of the necropsy because it does say died from gun shot wound and massive internal injuries. I went to Ana's house and she showed me where he was shot and we walked to where she found him. There is a blood trail from that guys house, in the street where he crossed and one long continuous one on both side walks. With a collapsed lung and the bullet hit that and his stomach I am very surprised he held on for 45 more minutes. Ana held him in her lap against her chest rubbing his fur and kissing his head. She told him it was ok he could let go he has done his job here on earth and will wait for her on the other side of the rainbow bridge. She is really heart broken as well as her two boys.. Vader was actually the boys dog. We all know how that goes they get a pet we get stuck taking care of it. We are trying to raise funds for a reward. There are three witnesses that are not coming forward because there might be retaliation. We are hoping if we can get the reward money higher someone will talk. If they do and he is arrested and goes to trial and loses and is sent to prison. The witness will get the entire amount of the reward to do what they want with it.
