The above tenant took started smashing a hockey stick into my fence on Monday, March 11, 2013 because my dog was barking at him.  He consistently parks in front of my unit and does nothing to avoid confrontation with my pet.  He screams at me to make my dog stop barking and tells me I need to teach my dog not to bark.  I have notified the office that other neighbors have had complaints about their pets from Mr. Palluzzi as well.  This petition is to prove that Mr. Palluzzi has issues with other dogs in our building.  I am recommending he move to another dog free complex or alternate unit.     By signing this you are acknowledging that you have had your own experience with Mr. Palluzi and your pet(s).
