RECOGNIZE THE CHECHEN REPUBLIC ICHKERIA!

International Petition for prevention of Genocide of Chechen People and recognition of the Chechen Republic Ichkeria.

TO THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS,
TO THE GOVERNMENT OF RUSSIA AND THE STATE DUMA OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION,
TO THE INTERNATIONAL MASS-MEDIA

Dear Sirs/Madams,

We inform you, that before 1994 the Chechen population of the Chechen Republic Ichkeria was 1 (one) million. During the last 9 years (since begining of 1st war against the Chechen Republic), almost 250,000 peaceful Chechens (= 25% of the Chechen population) have lost their lives. About 500,000 Chechens are in exile now. More than 250 vilages of the Chechen Republic and the capital of this country - Jokhargala (former "Grozny") are completely destroyed.

Please, recognize the Chechen Republic Ichkeria in order to prevent further acts of Genocide against Chechen People by the Russian Federation!
