My name is Christina Rosson,I am the wife of Leonard Rosson who was taken at gun point and forcibly held against his will while working at the Chukchansi Gold Casino and Resort on October 9th,2014. Several armed gunmen entered the casino and took several casino security personnel by force. These men held guns to the heads of unarmed people, held them against their will and used force and violence against them. Sheriff John Anderson failed to arrest any of these individuals, despite the fact that his deputies including both sergeants and lieutenants were prepared to do so. Anderson allows the armed gunmen to remain in the casino for close to 24 hours with the knowledge that casino security must defend critical areas of the casino. As of today 10/24/2014 no arrest have been made. I am shocked and outraged by the conduct of the sheriff in this matter. Almost every statement and interview he has made contradicts each other. I want him to be held accounable and see to it that charges are filed on everyone involved in these criminal acts. Including those who hired and directed these individuals.
It is my honest opinion that the casino would remain open if sheriff John Anderson did his job. These same subjects who took over the casino committed a similar act just a few weeks prior and Sheriff John Anderson made no arrest. Why didn't he make any arrest then? Why didn't he make any arrest on the 10/9/2014 incident? If he would have done his job, the casino would remain open and the 1100 casino employees would still have jobs.

California is a Public Law 280 state which gives law enforcement 100% criminal jurisdiction on tribal land. Why did Sheriff Anderson allow them to commit these crimes? A lot of questions, yet no answers. Please sign the petition to have Sheriff John Anderson investigated.
