ALCOA Corporaton willfully and deliberatly terminated my employment of eight years because my families health care costs were too high. After our twin sons were born my wife was diagnosed with a sever case of bi-polar condition and within the first year after our sons were born we maxed out our coverage for the year. The following year one of our twins had open heart surgery. Within one year I was out of a job, dispite seven years of positive job performance reviews from my supervisors. I have documented proof from a managment review that clearly targets "older employees". ALCOA's purpose was to cut their health care costs. As of this date they continue to hire only young people to fill positions in the company.
