For more than thirty years, Hugo T. Liebel, owner of the Liebel family circus, has kept Nosey the elephant in confinement and treated her appallingly. He's been cited as a serial elephant abuser and fined more than once for violations of the animal welfare act. Don't support Nosey's enslavement any longer!
