Pledge to Support Women's Healthcare Worldwide

More than 350,000 women die each year from complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. Instead of supporting these women, opponents of women's health want to slash funding for international family planning programs and impose harmful restrictions on U.S. aid to developing nations.

It's not ok to balance the budget on the backs of women and now is the time to make your voice heard. Last year's investments helped prevent 11.7 million unintended pregnancies, 140,000 children from losing their mothers and 32,000 women from dying during childbirth.
