Proposed 28th amendment to Constitution.
A person may be elected for President more than two terms.. However, the person may not be elected as President for more than 2 consecutive terms. In addition, a person may not be elected as President after serving one term plus more than 2 years of a term of a President who has been elected for 2 consecutive terms. This latter person must wait one full term before being elected President just like a person who has been elected for 2 consecutive terms. In both cases the person may be elected for no more than 2 consecutive terms. This pattern may be repeated definitely until death of the person.
