DEMAND JUSTICE FOR KILLING CATS

Thomas Bray, 34 of Keyser, West Virginia shot and killed the elderly neighbors sweet cat with a 22 because it came into his yard, then turned the gun on his neighbor. Thomas Bray began to assault and harass this elderly neighbor. Then, he drug the half alive animal put of sight to continue torturing it.
This individual should NOT own a gun or weapon of any kind. And in Mineral County, West Virginia there is such leniency of crime due to having a soft P.A.. Please demand justice for this poor creature and the removal of weapons from Thomas Bray for the rest of his life. No coward like that should own any kind of weapon.
