Billboard Sign Added to Roof of Babylon Beach House

The Babylon Beach House has taken the opportunity to Commercialize our Residential Area After Sandy with a HUGE Billboard Sign on the Roof Top of their Building. We live in a Quaint Village not a Commercial Industrial Park.

Under Article 213-390 According to the Town of Babylon - NO SIGN IS ALLOWED ON THE TOP OF THE ROOF OF ANY BUILDING OF ANY BUSINESS IN BABYLON VILLAGE! and NO Business but the Babylon Beach House has been ALLOWED To DO SO.

There were NO Public Hearing for this Structure or Variences.... I was told he had Architect Drawings and the Town Approved by THEMSELVES !

Please Help me to PROTECT the Integrity of our VILLAGE
