Ban Circus's using animals in the UK!

We, the undersigned, urge Mr.Blair to consider banning ALL circus's using animals in the UK. Currently, even if a local council bans animal circus's from their land, a circus can still go ahead if it is on a private land. This shouldn't be allowed. Using animals in this way is cruel, and they are often kept in very little space and are sometimes tormented by their "trainers". We can have a circus without animals, so let's make them all cruelty free!
