move the age of kids rights of being able to do as they wish from 16 to 18. Give parents their power

I am a single mum with a soon to be 18 yr old. Because laws were changed so 16 yr old have the right to dissapear and not stay at home/school or bound by law as we were. (I was born 73) as a result the past 2 yrs my daughter's behaviour has got worse.  Now she lives in poverty with her homeless chap (who is bad news) and living rough jacked in her alevels. ..and I am powerless to do anything.  I home taught my daughter and devoted my life to her. I look around and my heart breaks at future generations.  Please help me change this so parents have all the rights our parents did...so far down to goverment we have new generations of benefit claimer and young parents.  And they blame immigrants for the drain on country's money!. Please help change the future for our children to be safe and learning the value of life.
