 - Our kids need us. Ever notice that a human child doesn't walk until it's tall enough to reach a parent's hand? -

"We are guilty of many errors and many faults, but the worst crime is abandoning children and therefore neglecting the foundation of life. Many of the things we need, can wait. The child cannot. Right now is the time his bones are being formed, his blood is being made, and his senses are being developed. To him we cannot answer, Tomorrow. His name is Today."

Government agencies, Social workers, judges they all make decisions on what is in the BEST interest of
Children ... decisions which often determine their destiny.
Sadly, when the wrong decisions are made - Children are murdered! 
They are beaten, tortured, sexually assaulted and murdered.

                           Who is responsible ?
                  The One making the decisions! 
            WE are asking for justice ... for Help!



Help never came for Angellika Nicole Arndt , Isaac Lethbridge,Daniel Jack Matthews, Ricky Holland, Christopher Michael, Sirita Sotelo, Nicholas Contreras, Sarah Angelina Chavez, Martin Lee Anderson,Ebony Smith,Kayla Allen,Candice Raynor......and sadly  many, many more but perhaps one day justice will come for them all. For these children, it's too late to turn back the hands of time. May the spirits of those lost rest in peace and may we never forget or ignore what happened to them.

"Data shows that while the number of foster children in our state's care increased 24 percent from 26,133 in Fiscal 2003 to 32,474 in Fiscal 2005, the number of deaths increased 60 percent. Read more....

Child advocate in Chicago said: "-an infant in a paper bag on the freeway at rush hour is safer than a child in protective custody there."
Number of Cases per 100,000 children in the United States.  These numbers come from The National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect (NCCAN) in Washington.

2,153 11:07 am PDT, Aug 10 DeeAnn Zavala Texas 78596 United States On August 7, 2008 another little Angel, Ivet Anmeri Sotelo 2years, 2 weeks and 6 days old,was taken from us while supposedly being protected by CPS,at the parents request, Baby IVET ANMERI SOTELO, and her 11 month old Brother Jose Alejandro Sotelo were placed in the custody of their maternal grandfather a 52 year old single man and he neglignetly left Ivet and Jose in a running truck for what he says was just 15 minutes alone with NO SUPERVISION, Ivet supposedly was playing in the front seat of a running truck and supposedly stepped on the power button of the window and rolled it down and stuck her head out of the window and the stepped on the power button again and the window rolled up on her neck suffocating her. Her baby brother was left in the custody of the Neglignet grandfather, while he is being investigated for Homicide, all night the night of the 7th and all day the 8th until 5:30 P.M. in the evening when Child Protective Services picked up baby Jose Alejandro only to place him in another Foster Care Home. There is something seriously wrong with our system, the grandfather has not yet been charged with anything, and the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Dept. Sheriff, Lupe Trevion has been quoted saying "Treviņo's office is waiting on the autopsy report, expected in the next week, before deciding whether to forward the case to the Hidalgo County district attorney for review or to seek a warrant for the grandfather's arrest, the sheriff said. That is outrageous, he should have been charged immediately, and after the autopsy the charges could be upgraded. Our system is completely messed up from Child Protective Services down to Law Enforcemnt. Please help STOP the sensless DEATHS of INNOCENT CHILDREN while in the Hands of Child Protective Services. Something needs to change and it needs to be changed FAST!! Before it happens to another Angel, and for Jose Alejandro who is still in the custody of the same entity that aided in the murder of his older sister.

In addition, judges need to punish convicted offenders to the full extent of the law and stop being so gutless.

The US imprisons THOUSANDS of children in dangerous juvenile and adult prisons. These children are subject to physical, mental and sexual abuse on a daily basis by both adult inmates, older larger inmates and even staff members. At this point in time children who are incarcerated have NO recourse or way to plead for help and protection from prison guards and other inmates. To do so would result in retaliation, so many rapes and assaults on children in these hell holes go unreported. All one needs to do is read current reports on Texas Youth Authority staff member abuse on child prisoners, or about the horrors of Jetson Prison in Louisiana, or most of the child prisons in both Florida and Mississippi to know that children living in these places are destroyed on a daily basis. Higher rates of suicide are also prevalent throughout these dungeons created by knee jerk politics, rather than thoughtful people trying to rehabilitate children who fall from grace. Children who are convicted of crimes should not suffer rape, humilation and death. They need help, counseling and education. These social organizations who are supposed to monitor the lives of children totally ignore the plight of incarcerated children, allowing them to suffer in silence. Stopping child abuse MUST include ending STATE SANCTIONED CHILD ABUSE in prisons throughout the United States. Protective service agencies need to regularly monitor children who are imprisoned and react immediately to reports of abuse by staff and other inmates on children, particularly those in adult prisons.

The problem is that Child services agencies are not taking the time to do thorough investigation. They are only looking at the service instead of between the line. Eleacha Oliver Ragoo 3 years old died on 7/2/2008 due to this. I new and loved this little girl personnally. Her mother was reported to child services but they still left her in the hands of her mother and boyfriend or killed her. The said part was that the father was schedule to go to court a week after her death for custody. Once again another story of to little to late. These poor children are helpless and we as adult are the only one who could protect them.

2,111 8:17 am PDT, Jun 10 andrea sorrell Oregon 97004 United States i really do believe that this happens alot.my fiance and i have just recently went through a bunch of bs with dhs pertaining to his kids.Instead of concentrating on his kids needs they were more concerned about the childrens esranged biological mother who has not been there for them and has repeatedly abandoned and emotionally damaged them.went to court and because he did not support a relationship between the kids and their bilogical mother she was awarded full custody.my fiance went from having a full very close knit relationship with his kids to almost nothing now as the mother is almost making it impossible for him to maintain a relationship with the kids.dhs never looks out for the best interest of the children instead they always side with the loser parent or the bad side.it seems if your a good parent your not worth much but if your the kind of parent who screws up left and right then they are all for ya.this happens way to often with dhs instead of doing good they do more harm and destroy more families than actually helping to keep them together.dhs in oregon is really bad almost every month or so there is something on the news or in the newspaper on how they have screwed up once again.i am very much supporting this petition these dhs offices need to be either shut down or put in line it is getting ridiculous the unjust and stupid desicions they make.good luck i hope someone can make a difference.

I grew up with an abusive Father toward only my Step-Brothers. I was lucky. They weren't!! They were beat and more. Thank god they are alive today, but, so many aren't. Or will we be able to say: We saw. We dissented. We resisted. We condemned. For all those who want to open their eyes to the horrors of the illegal kidnapping OUR children , and to the brutality, social injustice and moral corruption of the Child Protective Services . Go, see, open your eyes, and let them know -- these torturers, these bloodstained betrayers of our common humanity - let them know that you know what they are, what they have done. More Info
