Animal Healthcare is on the rise. Many pet owners can not provide proper healthcare to their pets because of the high fees.  Making animal healthcare more reasonable would cut reproduction of unwanted kittens or puppies, thus there would be less stray animals and less disease being spread.  Many pets are put down due to illness because the owner usually can not afford the cost.  Therefore it is time to cut costs of Animal Healthcare now.
