California Attorney General Xavier Becerra has just filed 15 criminal charges against David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, of the Center for Medical Progress, for their phony story that made it look as though Planned Parenthood trafficks in human parts. Their fake video is clearly heavily edited to make Planned Parenthood look bad. The raw, unedited video proves they are trying to get the Planned Parenthood representatives to incriminate themselves. These two fake journalists deserve to be prosecuted and convicted for all of the charges brought against them. We need to thank Becerra for his actions and support him for defending truth and honesty.
We the undersigned thank you for all 15 charges you have leveled at David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt of the Center for Medical Progress for their campaign of deception against Planned Parenthood. The Center for Medical Progress is an organization dedicated to spreading falsehoods and severely restricting women's reproductive choices. The videos they released were heavily edited in an attempt to smear Planned Parenthood, which accepts only enough payment to cover the costs of processing tissue. By prosecuting these two fake journalists, you are sending a signal that such libel will be exposed, and will not be tolerated.
