Why is it that only MP'S can vote on the subject of foxhunting? Many of us have contacted our own MP'S on this subject and whilst some MP'S listen to the majority of their constituents it is obvious that many choose not to listen to the majority and are choosing to vote for their "own interests" some MP'S are also choosing not to vote for fear of repercussion. This is surely very wrong when so many feel so very passionately about this situation.
We the people want a full referendum so as this can be voted on fairly, everyone from all walks of life whatever their viewpoint should have the opportunity to vote, this is the only way to ensure fairness and transparency..something we don't currently feel we have.
Once the vote has taken place people will then abide by the decision, the law will be put into place and any people found to be breaking the law should be properly prosecuted.
In short we want a public referendum on foxhunting!
