Can animal cruelty ever be a the world's cultural heritage like the attractions such as the Terracotta Warriors in China ?
This is what the spanish politicans want.

The spanish government under the leading of the minister of culture Jose Wert wants to make sure now that the even in Spain controversial bullfight will be declared as a UNESCO World Heritage. "Bullfighting is culture," Culture Minister Wert called on Friday night ( 02.28.2015 ) at the opening of the First International Congress of bullfighting in Spain.
Is animal cruelty worth to be declared as a UNESCO World Heritage ? No. Please take action against this sick declaring of "Bullfighting is culture" into a UNESCO World Heritage. To doing this means nothing other as making animal cruelty legal. The UNESCO should not fullfill the spanish plans about this, and should NOT declare Bullfighting to a World Heritage.
ANIMAL CRUELTY IS NO CULTURE AND SHOULD NOT BE DECLARED AS A UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE.
