The spelling of Vietnam is what was wrongly typed and the above is intended to serve as an apology and correction, truly sorry once again; this mis typing was not intended at all; it resulted due to the urgency of this extremely crucial plight of the bears which must be weighing very heavily, since from how long? and how much the bears have suffered we do not know, but for sure in each and every minute, we want to make sure that the Government officials urgently know and are able to duly help with their authority accordingly, since it is really extremely urgent and hopefully seeking a fair resolution.

We earnestly seek your urgent help regarding the deplorable plight of the bears that has been reported. The attached petition along with signatures reflect the ardent hopes of several noble souls, who like all of you are genuinely concerned in the goodwill and welfare of the bears consistently. IF there maybe any remarks that maybe offensive or harsh, please kindly do not take it as being directed towards you, since it is being directed towards those who are encouraging the bear bile farming and seeks that the bears are liberated from the extremely harsh and cruel punishments and life threatening suffering conditions that they are undergoing.
It is our sincere hope and a wish of a lifetime that the bears are provided appropriate care, sanctuaries and safeguarded from any form, sort or type of exploitation at any given instance whatsoever.
We deeply appreciate the tremendous help that The Government Of Vietnam has been providing over the years and are confident that with your help, the bears that are facing the enormous struggles will be liberated from captivity and relocated to dignified habitations that they truly deserve.
The life conditions that the bears are crucially experiencing as per the news report is far much more than persecution; it is virtually tearing away each and every element of hope that they may have to live. It is snatching away what rightfully belongs to them, which is the privilege to live in peace and tranquility, without fear of any bear bile farming, harm or persecution.
Please do remember that we are reaching across to you and are not blaming anyone of your departments at all, rather we are applauding your remarkable efforts and initiatives time and again in helping the bears by providing them with adequate shelter and noble sustenance for which we remain ever grateful and thankful to all of you and on this instance urgently appeal and implore you to please help and let us know regarding the developments so that we could inform people all across the World regarding the measures relating to protection of the bears that have been duly implemented.It is believed that bile is extracted from the bears stomach and gall bladder very most cruelly. The bears experience intense pain + agony and are made to suffer for prolonged periods of time during as well as after the bile extraction process respectively.
As we are all aware from information in this regard that the bile which is extracted from the bears stomach and gall bladder is amongst one of the most painful and cruel processes ever known. The bears experience intense pain, agony and are made to suffer for prolonged periods of time repeatedly and all of this to extract the bile which is not actually serving any genuine, legitimate or life saving purpose whatsoever. Rather, it is only attacking the bears very most fiercely and snatching away each and every particle of their breaths as well as making them die a painful death, alas, when will some human beings awaken to their moral conscience and practice compassion please?
Those involved in the extraction of the bile do not seem to understand the shocking impact of this at all. And all of this for a toothpaste? NO please – Such toothpastes are not ethical or fairly manufactured since they comprise of the helpless agony of the persecuted bears very most rigorously. This is seeking to compromise and contradict all fair and true practices governing Nature, the World and the Universe please.
Even IF the bile is utilized as an ingredient associated with pharmaceutical purposes, "it is violating all norms and ethical practices" of nature since the very same could be substituted by "herbal ingredients" to help the manufacture and development whether for toothpastes – pharmaceutical purposes or otherwise.
When there is are other alternative options such as herbal ingredients to achieve a fair, safe and ethical product – set of products, why is/are the bile of bears being extracted please? Kindly remember that compassion is the true nature of humanity please, we continually depend upon and faithfully call upon your good selves to come forward to urgently help and once again we wish The Government of Vietnam and the Respective Ministries all the very most grateful thanks for your kind support and help with taking good and proper care of the bears and releasing them from any captivity of bear bile farming please, Thank you and God bless.
