Norman County Animal Shelter

I would like to see an animal shelter that is open to all city and county officials in Norman County Minnesota.  While I am researching a good county location that is convenient for all involved,  I would like to use my building in Halstad, MN.  The initial shelter would have 3 kennels for use for dogs and up to 3 cat houses. At the end of the five day holding period, the pets would be available for adoption after they have had vaccinations and altering surgery.
