In Taiji, between September 1 - March 1, many dolphins are hunted and trapped in a cove. This is where they stay for a few days, without food, and watch as fellow members of the pod disappear. The 'pretty' ones are apparently taken aside whilst the 'ugly' ones are slaughtered. This is a horrific gesture from the people in Tokyo, and it's the absolute definition of animal cruelty.
In this, we should boycot the 2020 Olympics being held in Tokyo, to stop this cruel manner.
As I write this, 80-100 Bottlenose dolphins are already awaiting their cruel death as of yesterday (2016/09/15 - 11:08am). I'm sure there are even more at this very moment.
My goal is to reach 150 000 signatures as soon as possible - please, help those who can't help themselves.
