Throughout the Years, the American People have and remain to be increasingly frustrated on the current Structure, Rules, and the Processes of the Congress of the United States. We, the American People, are in disdain due to the given Circumstances in our Lives as Citizens and the State of the Economy on how it's being handled by the Congress. We, the People, are fully aware of the Constitutional Provisions concerning the Congress but those Provisions are being easily manipulated by its Public Servants. We, the People, call for an Amendment to Reform the Congress of the United States for the redress of grievances that past and current Public Servants have put us through with their unjust, unethical and improper mischievous legislative practices. Our Final Goal is 500,000 Signatures and it will be sent to the Obama Administration via Fax with the Legislative Amendment Proposal. American Citizens Only.

You, President Barack H. Obama have promised to deliver change to the United States of America and we, the Electors, took your word at heart. We're aware that it’s the Congress who's holding your agenda back but you must continue to fight to renew the United States of America and its Constitution but fitted for a New Century, a New Dawn, and a more Perfect Union. If you don't take even the slightest initiative in considering the Reformation of the Congress then we, the Electors, will provide real Change for this Country through a substantive Insurrection. You'll be provided a legislative amendment draft that you can work with that the People have agreed upon.
