We, the supporters of this petition, do hereby direct our political leaders and military leaders, and any groups working in any military related industry to enact the following "rules of war":
a) No weapon shall be used in any area of the world where children under the age of 18 exist.b) No war, military exercise shall be waged where a child under the age of 18 exists.c) No government, military, hired private corporation, mercenary, shall knowingly endanger the lives of any child under the age of 18.d) No pregnant woman shall be harmed during any military, police, etc during any war, military exercise, secret operation, etc.
We, the residents of the world, demand that you stop the murder, abuse, torture of pregnant women and any child under the age of 18. While we would prefer that no human of any age is tortured, or abused, murdered, we realistically anticipate that at the very least, we can bring our "Kid-Free War Zones" into effect and positively impact the lives of millions of young persons around Earth.

We the undersigned demand that our governments, military leaders, military weapons manufacturers, immediately cease from engaging in any wars, military actions or other operations that endanger the lives of any child under the age of 18.
Therefore, no military action, war, will be engaged or participated in by you, that would lead to the injury of a child under the age of 18.
Further you shall not create any weapons nor participate, directly or give verbal or written support to, any war, or military action, that would endanger the life of a pregnant woman or pregnant women.
You agree to change all your war manuals, training manuals, rules of engagement, military and war brochures and presentations, lesson plans, military weapons agreements and treaties, charters, weapons manufacturing schematics, laws, national constitutions, to reflect the above.
