Against violation of human rights in Croatia, Day3

I am an artist, born in Croatia and now living in Netherlands.
10 years ago Croatian court sentenced me for 7.5 years in jail. The evidence against me was ( she said -he said). After I was arrested and imprisoned for 6 months in jail on no evidence against me I decided to leave my country and go away from that system that works like ( No matter who is in jail, the important thing is that jails are ...full with people). That way Croatian government show to the world how corruption and crime are slashed to low level. The fact is that Croatian Government couldnt do all this itself because 90% of the government is corrupted. What kind of justice I could expect there where I was let out from Jail after 6 month, no one asked me a single question in this 6 months and next day police come on my door step to arrest me again. I have only one life and I have no time to sit in jail for something I didnt do. First the judge put me in jail on evidence that I prove with my passport that I wasn’t in the country for 7 years. The crime was committed in the period of time when I have 100 % prove that I wasnt the guy they are looking for. Judge let me out from jail after 3 months and on the exit from jail I was arrested again ( my freedom didnt last 10 seconds), police was holding me for more than 36 hours on informative questioning or I could call it ( brutal and not human). After 36 hours with police I end up again in jail for 3 months, no evidence against me again!
I wrote to Croatian President office several times to complain about the justice system and especially about my case. I call the same office several times and no positive answer from them. I sent several emails to Ministry of justice and the high court and I have not a single answer from no one. Croatian Government is presenting itself in a good lights and covering up things under the carpet and I decided today not to celebrate new year until I get my life back. People who know me could tell if I deserve all this or not. People who judged and sentence me without asking me a question and on 7.5 years I do not accept, this courts was working in communism and this people and courts must go now, forever!
I wrote today 2 comments on Croatian President page and my post is already taken away, far from democracy I could say. This is not a firs time that my post disappear from that page. My goal is to present to European Court For Human Rights the truth and only truth and I need your support for that.
This fight is way above personal matter and I wish you all understand that.
