Allowing conjugal visits in North Carolina

My boyfriend is currently locked up in jail may be sent to prison, we are thinking about getting married but NC does not all conjugal visits, So please help me with this petition.

We the undersigned belive in conjugal visits. At this time however nc does not allow conjugal visits, and we do not appericate that idea, however you could help change that matter if you realize what it is that we are concerned about.
