Ban The Chaining of Dogs in the state of Arizona

This Petition is to help ban the chaining/tethering of animals in the state of Arizona. Many other counties and states have put a permanent ban on chaining/tethering dogs, and have seen an improvement with the amount of dog attacks, dog fighting and neglect. Chained pets have been known to be seriously lonely, depressed, bored, neglected, used to fight, become more aggressive, randomely attack, become unpredictable and often end up dead from an accidental hanging. We are hoping that with this petition we can save these dogs and other people from suffering and misery.

People that do not have enclosed yards will receive volunteers to help build a play area/ outside area for their pets so that they do not have an excuse to be tethered either.

No animal deserves a life of confinement or loneliness on a chain. Every dog should be a part of their family inside and out.

So I am asking to have this petition signed with as many supporters as possible, so that we may help end the misery at the end of a chain.
