BMDCA Petition to address Michele LaBagh

This is a petition to the Board and Officers of the BMDCA asking that they formally address Michele LaBagh regarding the identity of the dogs removed from the care of Helena McNeil.  We are requesting that the BMDCA board seek to discover the Names, AKC numbers,  DNA information and current location of all dogs taken from the property at Helena McNeil's to not only insure the safety of the dogs but to uphold the integrety of the Bernese Mountain Dog Stud Books.  If Michele LaBagh fails to comply, we are requesting that the BMDCA notify AKC regarding concerns for the validity of the records on all dogs that have been owned by Helena McNeil.
