CPS caseworkers to be a parent themselves

I would like to see in the employment of a CPS worker that it be mandetory for all CPS workers hired to have children themselves. It would allow the workers to be able to make better judgements while investigating abuse/neglect reports and determaning the situation better weather or not to split up a normal loving family in which taking children away from loving homes, parents and sibilings in the long run only effects the children with long term issues. At least if all workers had children themselves that they have or are raising, they would beable to look back on  their own experiences of raising children or having a family themselves and beable to make better decisions on immediate to low risk reporting and maybe then fewer children will be taken out of their homes and placed in foster care and fewer familys will be torn apart..Its a parents worst nightmare to have their children taken away and watch not only themselves suffer but their children suffer as well, especially taken away by somebody who has never and may never have kids themselves..please all parents dealing with CPS, sign and support me on this and maybe we can bring our kids home and save many others from being taken like ours were.
We the undersigned,
would like for you to take in consideration on the hiring of CPS workers and making it manditory for all workers themselves to have children. How can you give that much power to someone on making a decision on taking away another persons child when they themselves don't and may never even want children themselves. Most people who have never or may never even want kids already walks into investigating a report made, a judgement on that parent and the situation and most of the time children are being torn and taking away from a loving family and the parents are left suffering being without there children and having to fight for months sometimes years to get their kids back and alot of the times dont get them back att if the workers themselves were parents they would have some idea on how it would feel to have their kids taken so then the workers would beable to look at the situations thru their own eyes and beable to make better judgementson which reports/cases are high risk enough to take the kids out of home and which ones are just needing in help and monitoring but leaving the kids with their familys. There is no book on how to raise kids and there will never be a perfect parent, its something you learn through own experiences and growth of your own up bringing. And to give someone, who has never had their own experiences on raising their own family or kids, that much power to beable to take a parents child away is ,I feel- insane ,in humane and just up most not right. we feel that it would lower the number of kids being taken from their homes and placed in states custody and foster care. If its about the children and keeping familys together, wouldnt you think leaving that decision up to people that have children and their own familys would be wiser and the familys having to deal with CPS would feel more confident and be more understanding considering the case worker who they are having to deal with is a parent themselves and would be more understanding and willing to cooperate more in services and what ever else that parent needs to do to have their kids returned. Please take all of this into consideration and maybe just maybe we can make that change to in the long run what CPS supposibly stands by "being about the chikldren and keeping familys together" we can finally show and make it about that..And be proud about it...
