IT IS HEARD WHEN IT IS FROM THE HEART!  RAISE A VOICE ,START A REVOLUTION NOW TO, THE AUTHORITIES CONCERNED.A) UNICEFB) WHOC) WTOD) WORLD BANKE) PRESIDENT OF ALL COUNTRIESF) PRIME MINISTER OF ALL COUNTRIESG) MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT( WORLD) etc.        Dear Sir/Madam,               On behalf of all physically challanged persons rather disabled community of india and world to press for our demands:::sir/madam,We are a group of people with disability in physical structure but more ability and enthusiasm in mind do pledge our full energies to act and support our movement for a better living and respectful life for millions of disabled persons, so we would like to ask you to invtervene and support our issues mentionined below :-1) Free education up to class 12( HSC) to all & specially disabled ones 2) provision for higher education of disabled persons by providing scholarship and trainging in institutions of repute so that they can also become productive  and creative organs of our society.3) provisions of special reservation for disabled persons in Lok sabha, Rajya Sabha & Vidhan Sabha of various states so that their representation can better highlight their disadvantages before executives of state.4) A provision for extra concession to all students with disabilities in all competitive examinations and Rs 5000/- to buy buy stationary ,books,and to cover essential  costs such as travel expenses.5) free training ( as on the lines of sc/st) for disabled persons for UPSC SSC,PCS and other competitive exams.6) Promition of adoption programme for children with disabilities7) Provision for Ramps in polling booths for PWD'S.8) Special drives (on the lines of such drives for sc/st/obc/sts) for pwd & recruitment in government as well as private jobs.9) Provision informative , workshops , demonstration & representations in local & state level  agencies to assist disabled community towards resources and application fo various schemes under their abjudication control10) Provision of special allotment of PCO'S to disabled persons at prominent places in main cities of india with special incentives over and above present for disabled community.11) Life & ramp facilities for disabled in schools and colleges for facilitating education.12) Beggers with disabilities should also be provided with voting rights & voter id too.13) Provision of concessional interest on loan and easy approval of loans for disabled at present as people with disabilities are considered to be untouchabled by banks today.14) It is also very regretting that metro rail service is also not disabled friendly in india.15) Special events programmes and sports such as PARALYMPIC for disabled should be frequently organised to provide game  spirit among disabled.16) Government incentives for marriages of disabled to promote their welfare.17) Financial assistance for disabled entrepreneurs to start their own business18) Provision for concession in land/flat/plots allotment to disabled and easy processing and reserved allotment for this community in all allotments.19) We would like to suggest our deparment of advertising and visual publicity ,MINISTRY OF SOCIAL WELFARE/HRD ,UNICEF,WHO,WTO& WORLD BANK etc. to have some polio victims themselves ( LIKE ME) doing the job of advocacy of  POLIO DROP  for every child to remove this dreadful disease from our society/world, which would be very much impressive and inspiring request for community tocome forward and make some brand new ambassadors from disabled community to give them a respect and idea of new life.20) Financial assistance for all those having entrepreneurial abilities shoul be provided so that they can start their own business and lead a stable life.21) A team should be appointed to promote disabled events which include disabled meets,disabled expo,disabledcareer fair,disabled jobfair, and disabled fashion show etc on state levels.22) more `cultural events should be organised for people with disabilities so that they can prove themselves in all sectors.23) Make  every place disabled friendly by providing infrastructure  such as ramps and lifts in every sector,public transport and public places.24) A disabled training camp should be set up in all states and cities, so the disabled can get benefit and can be confident too.Though such camps they can be educated about the latest advancement and changes in various fields giving them a chance to interact and understand their potential.25)Organise and start a PLATFORM to discuss problems related to disability every month in towns and at state level,This would help the disabled to openly discuss their problems and get help from people with the same problem of from professional who how to tackle the problems and advice accordingly .26) A board should be constituted where govering and controlling pwer will remain in the hands of disabled along with able-bodied people.27) Travelling allowance should be granted to the disabled and physically handicapped for Government  job interviews should be increased from Rs 200/- to Rs 2000/-.28) Small shops/stalls should be alloted to the disabled in all Government owned Railway and Bus Stations .Government should reserve these frenchieses given to the disabled.29) Governmnet should provide free bus facility to all physically challanged persons in all Government and private buses.30) DISABLED FRIENDLY PARK IN ALL CITIES.31) SALES TAX WAIVE ON ALL DISABLED EQUIPMENTS, WHEELCHAIRS , ADAPTIVE ECHNOLOGY ETC.                                                               It is very unfortunate that about 7% of Indian population belong to disabled or physically challanged category no group or social activities has been able to demanded for these misfortunates of our society and since they are not a vote bank our politicians are also some what reluctant and thus despite  12 years of passing a physically disabled act,1995, still a lot of work remains undone or in paper work.On behalf of all people with disabilities we once again request  YOU ALL to take some correction measures in this regard  for the benefit of misfortunate people with disabilities  who could become a useful organ of society.Now, we some people with disabilities confederating ourselves to seek inclusion on issue of nation interest.We are actively supported by all people with disabilities  & like minded humanbeings in  Movement /Revolution since the last  2 years & who have worked on issue of electrol,civic,social,economic & political rights of a people with disabilities.We consider ourselves a responsible group of people prefering to debate & arguments on all issues.
