Xixi's eyes were gouged out, his genitals were cut off, and his body was covered with stab wounds.
The male dog, Xixi was found wandering the streets of the city Foshan in the Guangdon province of China with his eyes dug out and genitals mutilated. Xixi was taken for medical treatment by volunteers who found him on the streets. Veterinarians who examined Xixi said he suffered external injuries all over his body from human abuse and because the wounds were not treated immediately, the wounds became infected. Further observation by the vet found that it was very exerting and painful for Xixi to urinate and defecate, leading to a part of his intestines being expelled during passing motion. Xixi in time developed leukemia and died 2 days later at the Animal Hospital.

This is only one of many incidents of abuse in China that persists because China does not have any firm laws against animal abuse.
The purpose of this petition is mainly to raise awareness of Xixi's horrible fate %u2013 this is an appeal to people from Foshan in the Guangdon province of China to come forward with any information. When or if the abuser is caught, this petition, together with all your comments, will be forwarded to the Foshan City Officials.
