Since Destiny-98, a tax lien purchasing operation, has taken over 1960 S Maple, Ann Arbor, Michigan, the buildings have been subjected to a steady demolition from the inside out...on March 21st, '08, the the chicken house was simply burned down...

We, the undersigned, urge the current owners to cease "improving" the property and enter into open, good faith negotiations to sell the property back to its owner of the previous 30 years.
