PRIVATE ATTORNEY FAIL TO:

Do the proper research on the case that would have proved CLIENT innocent.

Introduce witnesses to the court, that were on the train the night of incident that would have testified that CLIENT was alone on the train and not involved in the incident.

Have the Transit Officer that took CLIENT'S statement after arrest in the court to testify, about what was in the statement, and how did statement of client get lost or misplaced.  Jamel's statement, after arrested unavailable for trial.

Stress that the reports written by Transit Police, never gave a description of any of the perpetrator(s) or his CLIENT.  According to victim there were (8) people that attacked and robbed him for his cell phone, change, and keys.

Let go of the juror that went to high school with the arresting Transit Officer, that took the stand.  The Transit Officer that arrested Jamel, did not take statement from CLIENT.

RECENT DEVELOPMENTS, a juror indicated in a sent message on Facebook that there was misconduct by the jurors and that she wrongfully gave a "Guilty Verdict", when she believed that Jamel Parker is "Innocent".

Jamel Parke sentencing date will date place on Thurs., January 6, 2011; we are asking all to sign this petition, asking the judge for leniency, to declare a "Mistrial", due to the misrepresentation by his attorney, lack of evidence, and the tainted jury.

FREE THE INNOCENT

STOP WRONGFUL CONVICTION

America, we have a problem.

Over 3,000,000 innocent people are in prison.

WHY ARE THEY THERE?

The justice system is unjust.

The poor and minorities cannot afford competent defense attorneys.

Many public defenders are incompetent.

Many public defenders work for the government and help the prosecution.

Many prosecutors don%u2019t seek justice but seek guilty verdicts even when they know the defendant is innocent.

Many police plant evidence.

Many police, prosecutors and/or child protective agencies convince, coach or threaten witnesses to lie.

Many judges are corrupt or incompetent.

Jail house snitches lie to get out so they can go back to their life of crime.

Evidence is lost or not mentioned in the trial.

The guilty person testifies to convict the innocent person.

There are many other problems with our system and most people either don't care or don't know.

WHAT CAN BE DONE?

A special prosecutor is needed to head an investigation of the system.

Those who plant evidence must be prosecuted and imprisoned.

Prosecutors, police and judges must be prosecuted and imprisoned when they knowingly cause the conviction of innocent people.

Incompetent attorneys must be disbarred.

Attorneys who work with the prosecutors to convict the defendants must be prosecuted and imprisoned.

A separate court system should be set up for the innocent.

An independent investigation and deviance system should be set up.

New DNA testing should be done for all prisoners who may be innocent at no cost. (It now cost $600.00)

A few years ago the Innocent Protection Act was passed. It was a start and many on death row were proven innocent. It should apply to all inmates.

The amount of corruption in our system is staggering and something has to be done. Our system of justice needs a complete overhaul.

Innocent prisoner must be freed. If you are poor and/or a minority you may be wrongfully imprisoned. If you make a policeman, prosecutor or judge unhappy you may be convicted of a crime you did not commit.

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, you are our only hope.

Please write your federal and state representatives and ask them to do something.
